    I have this video as well.  Some really good stuff on here; however, I will have to say that I don't 100% agree with everything on the video.  Nonetheless, there is a lot of value to be garnered from this video and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Does anyone train lockflows with the stick? Do you practice grappling with the stick? Do you practice your throws and takedowns with the stick? Just curious.
